It will warm up again, but with the mountains directly to the west, we start getting teasers of winter fairly early on. Doom for the warm-weather vegetables, but the cool-weather stuff will soldier on for a bit.

I wish I knew which cultivar of berries these are, as they are quite prolific. I wonder if picking the ripe ones immediately helps them keep producing. I was more on top of that this year.

Wow, snow and freeze, you are further into fall than we are.
So far it has stayed just above zero at night. We are having a warm spell this weekend though, up to 20 in the day.
I had no idea raspberries were harvested for such a long period of time.
