Pomegranate mojito
- 1.5 oz. rum (I used Pampero Aniversario)
- .75 oz pomegranate simple syrup (heat 1 cup pomegranate juice, stir in 1 cup sugar, cool, store in fridge)
- Juice of half a lime
- 7-8 mint leaves
- Fizzy water
