Another sign of spring

The first patio dinner of the season: grilled ribeye with fruit salad, by the light of a hurricane lamp from my grandparents' cabin.

And a walk to Ben & Jerry's after.

    That looks yummy!! I can see Sophie is making sure your steak doesn't try to get away from you! The hurricane lamp is beautiful - fun!

    I had to pretend I was going to lock Sophie in the house to get her to back off from standing at Mom's elbow, watching every move. She really wanted that steak.
