Cars cars cars!

The Forney Transportation Museum is a great place to take anyone who likes cars, and even if you don't like cars, you'll probably find a model or two you wouldn't mind toodling off in.

A 1957 Crosley Hot Shot

1909 REO (though not a Speedwagon)

1981 Freeway, built in Minneapolis

1921 Ner-A-Car, single cylinder 2 stroke

1979 Porsche, the very one driven by Tom Cruise in "Risky Business"!

1923 Hispanio Suiza, built for the King of Greece, who was deposed before he could take delivery, and bought by D.W. Griffith for $35,000. It appeared in "My Lips Betray" (1933).
1928 Rolls Royce Silver Ghost
There aren't just cars at the Forney; they have bicycles, tractors, carriages, wagons, and yes, steam engines. The star of the museum's train collection is the Big Boy, possibly the largest steam locomotive ever built: 132 feet long and weighing 1.2 million pounds.
