Guac talk


Avocados, tomato, shallots (milder than onion), frozen cube of juice from lemon fresh off the tree, sriracha sauce. Also salt.

A tool I used to mock, until a friend gave me one: the avocado slicer. It's very tidy and efficient.

Yes, I mix by hand. It leaves the guac nice and chunky.
