What is it? No. 9

So I was walking Sophie yesterday and noticed something odd about the back of this car. What could that lumpy thing be? It sure looks like bird poop from here. Really really big bird poop.

    The first thing I saw like that was a baseball. I was like how the heck?? Now I see them all the time here. Guess they go on like a big sticker.

    I've heard they are popular in California. This car has Texas plates. I've seen anything like it here, but we're kinda slow like that in Cowtown.
