Though it was too hot to do much outside this weekend, beyond a little twilight weeding, I was able to amass the components of a pretty decent dinner to take to work tonight: garden vegetables needing no dressing beyond a little Maldon salt, a slice of ricotta torte, a serving of raspberry ice cream and iced cold-drip coffee with goat milk.

The payoff
