Dinner at Limon, San Francisco

On Sunday we had a late lunch/early dinner at Limon, a Peruvian restaurant in the Mission. It turned out to be the perfect time of day to dine with a post-nap baby in tow; the place was pretty much empty, and baby Evelyn was very well-behaved. We had the ceviche and calamari for starters, and I split the whole fish. I love the presentation, teeth and all. The fillets are cut and piled in the middle. Much nicer than trying to pick around all the bones, and very tasty.

Afterward, we went to Bi-Rite ice cream and got cones. Great flavors, like balsamic strawberry (mine) and salted caramel (his).

  1. I was impressed. It wasn't at all what I was expecting.

  2. I would be totally shocked if that came to my table. It looks really good though. And salted caramel....mmmmmmmmm.
