Actually, I think that's hilarious. she nibbled very delicately up one side of maybe half a roll leaving you perfectly usable (in her mind?) decrative, if not a bit damp, toilet paper.
As faults go, this is relatively minor, yes. She has a thing for paper, but usually only goes for it if she's feeling frustrated or bored. (If, for example, I come home and then leave again right away and she hasn't been walked enough.)
I used to leave out junk mail for her to shred, but she hasn't done this for quite a while.
And no, she doesn't feel guilty at all! If I yell, she just looks hurt, but it doesn't stop her from doing it. So I don't yell.
Her punishment this time was being forced to pose for a photo with it. She hates the flash on the camera. The no-flash pics turned out better, though.
It's more funny than anything else. No real harm done.
Oh, Sophie, that's bee-u-ti-ful! Pity we can't find curtains as frilly and lovely. She's an artist, Kitt. You could make money with her work, I'm totally convinced of it. ;)
Shredded toilet paper is a sign of creativity.
ReplyDeleteLook at her face, she felt so guilty!(I don't know if I'm right?) I hope you didn't get mad at Sophie!
ReplyDeleteWe all have our momentary falls from grace... Doesn't look like Sophie's fallen all that far, though.

Haha! My dogs do so much worse. My photo would be them standing in front of shredded cashmere sweaters (sigh).
