Wow, look at those spices! Beauteous! Love your bowl too! I've seen those beautiful set of plates and bowls and have refrained from adding to my collection. My new years resolution is to not buy any more dishes. :(
I'd send you some, Mary, but it probably wouldn't taste good by the time it arrived.
Diane (I'm assuming), there's a funny story about these bowls. I spent half a day combing Japantown in SF to find something to match my brown Finnish stoneware. Found these in the basement of a hardware store and had them shipped. It was a brand-new design, and no one else had them.
Well guess what. Now they're friggin' everywhere. Every Chinatown discount store, CostPlus, probably K-Mart.
wow! what are all those spices?!
ReplyDeletelooks good but can I vote for lamb?
ReplyDeleteAnd the beef will be better for it.
ReplyDeleteLamb next time, maybe. But beef is what I have today, soaking up this dry rub. I'll post the rest of it (and spice list!) later tonight.
ReplyDeleteOh your spices are so pretty and colorful! And I'd love to have some of that beef!
