What I want to know is HOW you can be constantly making these amazing things and not weigh 400 lbs? Do you just make them and not eat them? Or do you have the metabolism of a hummingbird?
Heh, I only wish I had the metabolism of my youth, which was very hummingbirdlike. Now, though, I either inflict these experiments on the cow-orkers (who are only too happy to be guinea pigs) or, like the lasagna, I make big batches that I can freeze in small portions for later dinners. Plus, I'm feeding a guest.
