Now, there's a new idea on me - the homeowner who supplies baggies for their neighbors' dogs' poop! Nice way to hint at cleanliness! Maybe install a "Doggie Doolie" in the front yard and leave a pooper scooper out for people to use...?

It always amazes me that there are people who don't pick up after their dogs. We have dumpsters every block, so it's not like you ever have to carry it more than a few hundred feet.
