I was going to say something about all the Kansas denigration today ... but you know how much I love angel's trumpet, and specifically the one outside our bedroom window. And part of its charm is definitely just what your post title would suggest.
Karen, no denigration of Kansas meant, just the fact that the closer cheap parking at the airport was full up, so I had to keep driving east to the far one, which feels like I've driven all the way to Kansas to reach. (Plus it's very flat out there.)
And yes, the angel's trumpet is a delightful contrast in any case.
Wish I could tell you, diane, but they're a mystery to me. Can't grow 'em in Colorado, unless you keep them in a pot and have a greenhouse for the winter.
Those flowers are gorgeous.
ReplyDeleteSo, where are you? Hawaii?

ReplyDeleteIs this at your house? Be careful if it is - all parts of that plant are lovely - and poisonous!
ReplyDeleteNot Hawaii, Rooie, California!

Zoomie, no worries! Won't eat it ;-)

ReplyDeleteAnd she doesn't call, doesn't write. Sigh
Sorry, Leah! Stealth visit again.
ReplyDeleteOMG! These angel trumpets are healthy!! Our are struggling right now, maybe too much water?
