This is not a silly gadget (though it would be silly for me to buy it). An 80-piece garnish set! I rarely get beyond a sprig of mint or parsley to pretty up a dish, but if you had a serious yen to carve radishes into roses and make appliqués out of egg whites, this would be the toolbox of your dreams.

Serious kitchen gadget
This is not a silly gadget (though it would be silly for me to buy it). An 80-piece garnish set! I rarely get beyond a sprig of mint or parsley to pretty up a dish, but if you had a serious yen to carve radishes into roses and make appliqués out of egg whites, this would be the toolbox of your dreams.

TOTALLY cool. I'm one of those people who don't even believe in the extra sprig of parsley, but if I had a toolkit like that? It would be radishes and watermelons and little bas-relief bento boxes all over the damn place.
