I just looked these up, and part of the manufacturer's ad copy is "life is a hands-on experience, especially where veggies are involved". Incredible.
The company that makes these does have some cool products (I have my eye on a collapsible silicone strainer), but I think they missed the boat on this one. And another I'll be posting on next week.

I don't understand this. Is it supposed to cut lettuce so it looks like you tore it by hand? Why not just use your hands?
