Some random links to things that I've enjoyed on the Web recently:
Are you right-brained or left-brained? Click here to find out. I've stared at this thing so long, I can make it change direction at will.
I want to try making Dorodango someday. I discovered them via Neil Gaiman's blog.
Finally, a food review from prison, at My Robot Is Pregnant. Brilliant.

Whenever I've taken the right-brain/left-brain tests, I've scored as using them equally. I think it has something to do with being a Gemini, but there could be some other reason I suppose.
ReplyDeleteI first saw the dancer turning clock-wise - then she turned the other way - and just kept changing directions back and forth.
I'm actually quite patting myself on the back for this.
I saw her moving clockwise, but I think she changed direction on her own. All of a sudden she was moving the other way and I wasn't trying to make her do it.
ReplyDeleteAm I okay?
Yes, you're fine! I posted this at the office and all work came to a halt for about five minutes. I could hear people saying, "Whoa! It just changed!" "I see clockwise!" "No, it's counterclockwise!"
ReplyDeleteIt was pretty funny; especially the people who could only see it one way.
For me, it's payback for all those Magic Eye pictures I cannot make out (I have no depth perception).
I guess I missed Kris' comment on the subject. I knew I couldn't possibly have been using both sides of my brain so early in the morning.
ReplyDeleteI can't make the Magic Eye things go, either, but that dancer only moves clockwise. PERIOD! :)
