Wow! I'd be taking Dorrie to the doggie shrink for the rest of her life if I did that to her, but that beagle looks relatively intrepid.
Best doggie costume I heard about was in Brooklyn at their Great Pupkin parade -- a dog done up as Cesar Millan, heavy eyebrows at all, dragging a stuffed dog behind him with a sign that said "Bad Dog."
