Had a friend visiting yesterday and today, and another coming tonight, so I'll be slim on the posting for a few days.
To tide you over, here's a look at today's lovely lunch at Gaia on Old South Pearl Street. Their basic (!) salad:

The food at Gaia is always good!
mmm, so fluffy!
ReplyDeleteYeah, that does look good!
ReplyDeleteOk, I'm STARVING now! I could slather pesto just everywhere and sometimes make pesto omelets.
ReplyDeleteFabulous! My in-laws are in Denver, I'll have to try it next time we visit. Maybe we can have a blogger meet-up!
ReplyDeleteI don't even LIKE salad but that one looks awesome! And pesto on and egg sandwich - why didn't I think of that? I DO make a yummy grilled Swiss cheese and tomato sandwich with pesto that has a couple of kalamata olives pureed in with it. Yum. . .
ReplyDeletethat looks good enough to eat...LOL I just crack me up
ReplyDeleteIt was very tasty, and even better when I ate the other half later. Pesto's good on so many things.
ReplyDeleteKyla, just give me a yell when you're going to be in town!
